Please plan to stay briefly after the 10:00 AM worship service on Sunday, October 25, for a Congregation Conference to review the proposed 2027 compensation package for Pastor Keith.
In the United Methodist Church, pastor compensation is developed through a process involving church leadership and is guided by conference standards and requirements. This meeting will provide an opportunity to review the proposed package and understand the financial commitments for the coming year. Congregational approval is needed before the Church Conference in November.
As we look ahead to 2027, we invite everyone to participate in this important conversation as we continue supporting Pastor Keith’s ministry and the mission of Faith United Methodist Church.
