Coins for Lent

How many pairs of shoes do you have in your house? Bathrooms? Light switches, cans of soup, candles? What about electrical outlets?! Follow along on this calendar and put coins in a jar (I'm going to need a big one) every day for each item it tells you to. If you're like me, you'll forget and then have to run around playing catch up but that's okay!

Then, at the end, bring your jars into the church and we will count all the coins to see how much money was raised!

We did this last year too and I found it to be a great way to also get a head start on spring cleaning! Cleanse your heart while cleaning your home!

**We will plan to count the money on April 12th but if you forget your jar or need more time, just let us know.**
